BERNIE FINE ACCUSED OF SEXUAL MOLESTATION

Zach Tomaselli, 23, of Lewiston, Maine, alleged that Bernie Fine, Syracuse former basketball coach, sexually molested him while he was with the Syracuse men's basketball team in Pittsburgh in 2002. On November 18, former ball boys Bobby Davis and Mike Lang, confirmed that Fine had sexually molested them when they were former ball boys, which Fine commented was "patently false."
Tomaselli appeared on Anderson Cooper's daytime TV show Wednesday, November 30, 2011. Also Wednesday, Pittsburgh police public information officer, Diane Richard stated, "We are not going to be investigating." With federal agents having searched Fine's former campus office according to an a law enforcement official familiar with the investigation who asked not to be named. It was unclear what, if any, materials were seized. Fine's house was searched on Friday, December 2, 2011.
